RTMP是一种传输协议，H265是编码的，H265的编码是可以通过RTMP调用的再看看别人怎么说的。

7，h265 为什么这么难普及啊

因为高额的授权费让硬件商受不了。如果手机、电视、平板、机顶盒、MP4PLAYER等播放设备加入H265硬解功能，厂家每年需要支付HEVC Advance部门上亿元专利费，没人愿意买这个单。软解的话目前只有电脑CPU做得到，手机CPU直接卡死。设备都不支持播放的话这个技术再好也是白搭

当前硬件有点贵，而且目前各大压制组跟进也很慢，普及估计要5年后去了。

参考H.264，2007年H.264也不比现在的H.265好吧。（H.264是03年通过的标准，H.265是13年通过的标准）
